Physical Therapist Assistants are in demand with a projected growth of 40% from 2014-2024, according to the U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics . Graduation from a PTA education program, accredited by the Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) , is necessary for eligibility to sit for the licensure examination, which is required in all states The P.I.T.
