Pennsylvania Institute of Technology  (P.I.T.) is proud to announce that  100% of our 2017 Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) graduates   passed  the state-administered National Physical Therapist Assistant Examination after graduation. Physical Therapist Assistants are in demand with a projected growth of 40% from 2014-2024, according to the  U.S. Bureau of Labor and Statistics . Graduation from a PTA education program, accredited by the  Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education (CAPTE) , is necessary for eligibility to sit for the licensure examination, which is required in all states The P.I.T.  PTA Program  seeks to develop and produce the region's most mature, successful, professional, and skillful entry-level Physical Therapist Assistants who will provide exceptional patient care. Congratulations to the Practical Nursing Class of December 2017!

Today, P.I.T.’s Practical Nursing program celebrated its 15th graduation ceremony.  Nineteen new graduates were honored bringing the total to more than 350 students who have graduated from the Practical Nursing certificate program.
